When do you recommend a battery storage system?

This question always has to be answered individually, as each solar power system (and the underlying conditions) is unique. However, some basic statements can be made:

A battery storage system is only useful when energy is needed, however, no energy can be produced by the photovoltaic system. If many consumers, such as coffee makers, dryers or washing machines, are used outside the sunshine hours, you can store the electricity which has been generated during the day in a battery and retrieve and use it, if necessary.
