Terms of Service QuickPlan

QuickPlan supports you in the simple and quick planning of photovoltaic systems. The programme allows you to make approximate representations and calculations based on the information you provide as well as numerous assumptions, most of which are based on average values. Since there is no guarantee that all of these assumptions have been checked and corrected by data entries that match the respective project, all results and information taken from QuickPlan are non-binding. The cost estimates are also based on average values and do not always reflect actual project conditions and market developments.

In addition, the data basis on technical and economic parameters used by QuickPlan for calculation is dependent on sources for whose validity the operator of this planning tool cannot be held responsible. Inaccuracies and/or errors can therefore never be completely ruled out.

To be on the safe side and to receive individual advice, an experienced project partner should be consulted, who is best able to get an idea of the requirements for the installation and operation of a solar power system on site. Based on your entries in QuickPlan and the results of an on-site visit, a competent specialist planner can design the solar power system that best suits your property, your electricity consumption and your wishes. QuickPlan can help with this and simplifies communication between the project partners. It is not uncommon for there to be discrepancies between the first rough estimates in QuickPlan and the final project planning by the specialist planner. In the end, only an order confirmation from the specialist planner based on the final project planning is binding, for which the planner bears full responsibility.

The operator of this planning tool cannot be held liable for any damages or incorrect results resulting from the use of QuickPlan. EWS expressly excludes any liability for damages and consequential damages caused by the use of calculation results or data or information from QuickPlan.

In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions of the operator of QuickPlan shall apply.
